I take notes in class and in meetings. I like annotating and scribbling while I do that. Highlighting and doodling are part of my DNA, but losing notebooks is part of my DNA too. The beginning of a new semester is a great time to talk about using your computer in new and effective ways to take notes. OneNote, available to all Bobcats as part of the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity apps, provides you with a cloud-based note-taking tool that you can access from the OneNote app, as well as on the web or mobile device. If your device supports a digital pen, like the Surface, or digital pencil, like the iPad, the possibilities are even more significant. Your notes are all backed up in the cloud, so who cares about losing the notebook or if the computer crashes?
